6-Month Prepay
Commit to 6 months upfront and we'll add a complimentary 7th month. A great option for seasonal homeowners who want coverage through the off-season.
Referral Credit
Refer a neighbor or friend. When they sign on, you both receive a $1,000 credit toward your next month's service.
Prepay incentives are available to new clients on their initial service term only. Referral credits apply to both the referring client and the new client, with no expiration.

With a background in general contracting, he understands coastal homes from the foundation up — combining real estate knowledge with hands-on building experience to protect and enhance the value of every estate under our care.
Jared Hayes
With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience spanning construction, property management, and home renovation, Jared brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and practical skill. He previously spent four years in biotech, where he operated and maintained complex pharmaceutical equipment and systems — a precision-driven mindset he carries into every inspection, repair, and project he oversees.
Kenneth Hayes
A licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Structural Engineering, Ken brings more than 30 years of construction expertise to the team. As the owner of both a construction company and a design/engineering firm, he offers end-to-end oversight — from structural assessment and architectural design to full-scale coastal construction.
